Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Droidventure (“Droidventure”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an AI-first institute for marketing and future business leaders based in Ahmedabad, India. They govern your use of our website, programs, placement services and related resources (together, the “Service”).

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use the Service and enrol in our programs you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone, at our discretion, where continuing would breach these Terms, the law, or the safety of our community.

When you enrol in a program, additional program-specific terms — covering the start date, schedule, duration, curriculum and completion requirements — apply alongside these Terms and are shared with you at enrolment.

• Your place is confirmed only once your application is accepted and any required fee or deposit is received.
• Programs may evolve. We may reasonably update curriculum, tools, mentors or schedules to keep content current and useful.
• Attendance and effort matter. Completion, certification and placement support depend on meeting the participation requirements set for your program.

Fees for each program are shown before you enrol. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and may attract applicable taxes.

• Payment is due per the schedule shared at enrolment. We may offer instalment or financing options, subject to their own terms.
• Refunds, where available, are governed by the refund policy for your specific program, which we provide in writing before you pay.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.

Some parts of the Service require an account or login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your login or let others access the Service on your enrolment.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We want the Service to be useful and safe for everyone. When using it, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Service for fraud or deception.
• Copy, record, resell or redistribute course material without our written permission.
• Share your access with people who are not enrolled, or attempt to circumvent payment.
• Harass, abuse or harm other learners, mentors or staff — see our Code of Conduct.
• Introduce malware, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with its security or operation.

All course material, curriculum, videos, templates, tools, branding and content on the Service are owned by Droidventure or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

On enrolment we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own learning. This licence does not let you copy, publish, resell or create competing offerings from our content.

Work you create during a program remains yours. By sharing it in class or your portfolio, you allow us to review it, and — with your agreement — to feature anonymised or credited examples to showcase learner outcomes.

On meeting a program's completion requirements you receive a Droidventure certificate recognising what you achieved. Certificates are issued to you personally and must not be altered or misrepresented. Placement and career support are provided as described for your program, on a best-efforts basis.

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites and tools — payment processors, video platforms, AI tools and more. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We work hard to deliver a high-quality Service, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described.

To the extent permitted by law, Droidventure is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or our Code of Conduct, fail to pay fees due, or where required by law — giving you notice and a chance to put things right where it is reasonable to do so.

On termination, your right to access the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers and governing law — continue to apply.

We may update these Terms as our services, technology or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will give clearer notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Before pursuing formal action, we ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and fairly through a simple conversation.
