10 open roles · all remote

Teach what you have actually done.

Droidventure is built by operators, not academics. If you have run the budgets, shipped the campaigns, closed the deals or built the systems — this is where that experience compounds, in front of people who will use it on Monday.

No opening that fits? Send an open application — we read every one.

How we work Four principles
01
Practitioners over lecturers Everyone who teaches here has done the job. If you cannot show the work, you cannot teach the work.
02
Ship, then explain We build the thing first — the campaign, the system, the deck — and turn it into curriculum afterwards.
03
AI is a colleague, not a headline Our tooling is genuinely AI-native. We expect you to use it, and to check it before anything reaches a learner.
04
Outcomes are the scoreboard Not enrolments, not reviews. Whether the person on the other side of the table got the career they came for.

Why build here

A small team with an unreasonable standard.

We are not trying to be the biggest institute in India. We are trying to be the one whose graduates get hired on the strength of their work — and that changes what it is like to work here.

Work that visibly lands

You will meet the people your work affects. A module you rewrite this month shows up in someone's offer letter two quarters later — and you will hear about it.

Ownership, not tickets

Small team, wide surface. You own an outcome end to end rather than a slice of someone else's plan, and you are trusted to decide how it gets done.

Genuinely AI-native tooling

Modern AI is in the daily workflow, not in a pilot deck. You will build with it, teach with it, and be expected to have opinions about where it fails.

Operators around the table

Your colleagues have run growth at D2C brands, closed enterprise deals and built products. Disagreement is expected; seniority does not win arguments.

You get sharper, not stale

Teaching a thing forces you to actually understand it. Most people here say the year they joined was the year their own craft improved fastest.

Honest about the trade-offs

We are a growing institute, not a funded rocket ship. The work is demanding, the scope changes, and we would rather tell you that now than in month three.

Open roles

Where we need help right now.

Filter by team. Every role here is fully remote — and we would rather hear from someone brilliant and slightly off-spec than someone who ticks every box.

Lead Mentor — Performance Marketing

Teaching

Own the paid-media track end to end: teach live cohorts, review learner work on real budgets, and keep the curriculum ahead of the platforms.

Full-time Remote 4+ yrs running paid budgets

Mentor — Enterprise Sales & Negotiation

Teaching

Run boardroom simulations and negotiation labs for the Executive program. Part-time and fractional arrangements welcome for practising leaders.

Part-time / fractional Remote 6+ yrs closing enterprise deals

Full-time Remote 3+ yrs building with LLMs

Growth Marketing Manager

Own acquisition across paid, organic and lifecycle. You will be running the exact playbook we teach — which means your numbers become case studies.

Own the voice — long-form, video scripts, the glossary, learner stories. Editorial standards matter here more than publishing volume.

Full-time Remote 3+ yrs in content

Admissions Counsellor

Admissions

Talk to prospective learners honestly — including telling people we are not the right fit. Consultative, never pushy; we measure completion, not closes.

Full-time Remote 1+ yrs consultative sales

Admissions

Own a cohort's career outcomes: portfolio reviews, mock interviews, recruiter introductions and the difficult conversations in between.

Full-time Remote 2+ yrs recruiting or L&D

Product

Build the platform cohorts actually live in — submissions, reviews, dashboards, automations. Small team, short path from idea to production.

Full-time Remote 2+ yrs shipping web apps

Cohort Operations Manager

Operations

Keep live cohorts running: schedules, mentors, attendance, escalations. The role that decides whether a brilliant curriculum actually gets delivered.

Full-time Remote 2+ yrs in ops

Partnerships Manager — Hiring Network

Operations

Grow and service the employer network: new hiring partners, live project briefs, and keeping existing partners genuinely well looked after.

Full-time Remote 2+ yrs in BD or partnerships

No open roles in that team right now.

Send an open application anyway — we keep strong profiles on file and often open a role around the right person.

Life here

What the week actually looks like.

Not perks on a slide. The four things that shape how it feels to work here day to day.

Fully remote, deliberately

Every role is remote — we hire for the work, not the postcode. Live cohort sessions set some fixed hours; the rest of your calendar is yours.

Written before spoken

Proposals get written down and argued in the doc. Fewer meetings, better decisions, and a record of why we chose what we chose.

You sit in the classes

Everyone, regardless of team, takes program modules. It is the fastest way to understand the learner and it keeps your own craft current.

Straight feedback, early

Reviews are frequent and specific rather than annual and vague. You will always know where you stand, including when it is uncomfortable.

Hiring process

Five steps. No disappearing acts.

You will hear back either way, and every stage is designed so you learn as much about us as we learn about you.

01

Application

The form below. Show us something you made rather than something you managed.

10 minutes
02

Intro call

A conversation about your work and ours. Bring questions — the sharp ones are a good sign.

30 minutes
03

Craft session

A real problem from the role, discussed live. Paid if it needs work outside the session.

60–90 minutes
04

Meet the team

You talk to the people you would work beside — and to someone from a different team entirely.

Two calls
05

Offer & references

Transparent numbers, scope written down, and references both ways. Ask to speak to whoever you like.

Same week
Honest fit check

We would rather lose you now.

A bad match costs you a year and costs us a cohort. Read both columns properly before you apply.

You will do well here if…

You have done the work yourself and can show the artifacts, not just describe the strategy. You write clearly. Most of our thinking happens in documents before it happens in rooms. You are comfortable saying “I do not know” and then going and finding out. You find teaching energising rather than a distraction from the real job. You want scope you can shape, and you are fine with the ambiguity that comes attached.

You will struggle here if…

You want a fixed job description that will not change for two years. You prefer to delegate the doing. Everyone here is still hands-on, including leadership. You are looking for big-company process, layers and predictability. We do not have them yet. You think AI is either a fad or a magic wand. Both positions get exhausting fast. You would be uncomfortable telling a prospective learner not to enrol.
For candidates

Questions people actually ask us.

Can I mentor part-time while keeping my current job?
Yes — several of our mentors are practising operators who teach a few hours a week, and that is exactly why their material stays current. Tell us your realistic availability in the application and we will design around it rather than push you toward full-time.
Do I need teaching experience?
No. We hire for depth of practice and clarity of explanation, then train the teaching craft — session design, feedback, running a room. What we cannot train is having actually done the work.
Are roles remote or on-site?
Every role at Droidventure is fully remote. We hire across India without asking anyone to relocate, and there is no office you are quietly expected to show up at. Live cohort sessions and team rituals set a few fixed hours in IST — the rest of your calendar is yours.
How do you handle compensation?
We share the band for the role during the first call rather than asking you to name a number and negotiating down from it. Mentor engagements are paid per session or per module depending on the format.
What if my background does not match any listing?
Apply anyway and choose “Open application”. A meaningful share of our team joined into roles that did not exist until we met them. Be specific about what you would own — that is far more persuasive than a general expression of interest.
How long does the process take?
Usually two to three weeks from application to offer, depending on your availability for the craft session. If we are slower than that, we will tell you why rather than leave you guessing — and you will get an answer either way.
